We run properties of our own
This is not a firm that read about hospitality. We own and operate boutique properties, and we have built and run short stay programmes inside residential estates. The licensing paperwork, the argument with a platform about a chargeback, the roster rebuilt at 11pm before high season, the month where the numbers were bad and someone had to explain it to an owner. All of it first hand.
A strategy document that stops at the recommendation is half a job. We hand over the system, the written process, the configured software, and a team trained on it.
What we believe
No problem is too bespoke.
If it costs your team 4 hours a week it is worth solving, however odd. Whether a product exists is the wrong question. Ask what the right tool would actually do.
Buy first. Build where buying fails.
Where a mature product does the job we implement it and move on, and we say so even though the build work is more interesting to us. Building around a good product that already exists is vanity.
Small operators deserve the same systems as the chains.
Revenue management, channel control, automated messaging and owner reporting. None of it belongs to the groups any more. What is missing is the design work and the discipline to run it.
We only get paid by you.
No software commission and no referral fee. It means we can tell you the cheaper system is the better one, or that you should keep what you already have.
COVERAGE
We work across Asia Pacific, mostly in Japan and Thailand. Licensing in Japan is tight and changes without much warning, and in both markets there is almost nobody local to ask.
Diagnostic and software work runs remotely. Pre-opening and field work needs time on the ground, and we tell you which is which before you sign anything.
The team works in English, Japanese and Thai. Cross border ownership and mixed currency reporting are what our own properties already run on, so neither is an adjustment.
